Their staff are very tree-knowledgeable, fast, courteous, and service driven professionals who will increase your landscape curb appeal within a very quick time frame. I own a lease property in Grapevine with several large old Crape myrtles near the house and a very tall Silver Maple close to the street and two palm trees. James informed me his staff would only thin the small branches on the Crape Myrtles since they were still in the growing season, knowledge is power and his staff worked some magic in my yard this past Sunday. I want to say that Russell did an excellent job of helping us with our tree trimming. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about the process and what to expect. I have never received such great customer service. I needed wood chopped for firewood for a camping trip and I was asked where I would be going camping. After our tree in the backyard split and fell, we called DFW Tree Trimming for an estimate. Not only did they work with us to give us a great price, but they removed the tree in the backyard, ground down two stumps, trimmed the two large Oak Trees in our front yard, and laid sod where the stumps once were. I was very impressed by the entire team's friendliness, timeliness, professionalism, and knowledge. It is nice to know that I finally have a business that I can rely on when I need help with my yard.

Greetings, I recently had 4 trees in my yard trimmed and shaped by members of your organization. Camille Foster came to my home to give me a bid for trimming the trees. She was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price she quoted me I considered to be a fair one for the work needed. I subsequently gave the work to DFW Tree Trimming because the price was fair and also because of my comfort level with Camille.
